everyone ,when I observing teacher, I am observing three teacher, two teacher
in English and 1 teacher biology. But, now I just tell you one teacher that is biology’s
teacher. she is my cooperating teacher in MinSCAT. Her name is Ronalyn A.
Guevarra, and I called him with ma'am Rona. She is biology teacher in the grade 7
and 8. She is a good and kind teacher.
For
the planning of teaching ma'am rona use the detailed lesson plan and daily
lesson log.

For
preparing lessons and material for teaching mom Rona the pocket book and module from government. in addition, ma'am Rona search the material from internet and
the other book relevant.
When teaching in the classroom, Ma'am Rona use
the explanation in teaching the materials. but not only that, she also use the
strategy to catch students' interest in the beginning of the class. She
prepares games related to the materials that will be given. In my opinion, it
is a good strategy so that students will be happy when they start the lesson.
after that she will the explain the material and some time she give some question
for student to know that student understand or not. before the time is over,
ma'am Rona give a quiz and homework.
For the measurement and
evaluation, at the end of the lesson, Ma’am Rona always gives the quiz for the
students. The quiz is related with the materials given at that time. Usually,
she gives 3-5 questions, but when I observed her, she only gave 2 questions
because the limitation of the time. Generally, in Biology subject, there are
four examinations including final examination. But Ma’am Rona is different with
others. Before the examination, Ma’am Rona asks the students to make a
conclusion of the materials that will be tested in a piece of paper. The reason
is to make the students learn and remember the materials that already learned
