Teaching Methods

in the school teacher used explanation to teach. when explain the topic, teacher ask something about the topic. like "do you know about plant?", and "how plant can be grow?" or the teacher showing some picture to student, and after that teacher will give some activity as their teaching method. the teacher can to menage the time to teach with good. because time to teach just 1 hour, and i think that time is so short to teach but the teacher can do it.so the student can get information, doing the activity and get the evaluation like quiz in one hour only.

Learning Materials and Innovation

In the class for the learning material, actually the students don’t have pocket book. They are just received the information from the teacher when they are in the class. The teacher used the book, and module. And if the student and teacher need the other information about theirs subject they will go to the library, reading some books or searching in the internet

Sources of Learning and Technology

For sources of learning, the teachers use the curriculum module they get from the government and some book. And to add the material, teachers also search the other relevant book and internet. Teacher sometime use the computer media to teach students, but in the learning biology I just find that teacher only use conventional methods, so just use the board media only.

Authentic Assessment

The teacher will give students a quiz before the class is over. And the quiz contains some of the question about the topic that they learn today. the student working the quiz on one-half paper or one-quarter paper. Usually the time for the quiz just 5-10 minute. And after that, the teacher will give some homework for student.
